Please email these documents to Admin@ibusinessowners.com or fax them to 480-970-1124 Attn: Workers Comp Program. Call us first so that we can get your contact information...602-476-2828. We cannot quote unless we know who it is we are working with.
On smaller accounts we usually only need about 10-15 Minutes of your time on the telephone to gather data for the application. We will need the "Loss Runs" of course (See Below) and we will need a copy of your current Policy Declarations and Payroll or recent premium audit. A follow up call may be needed if the underwriters request more information or if we feel we can earn additional discounts due to safety measures you have taken as an employer. We will gladly visit you at your office to take the application in person.
Larger accounts usually require a little more work on our part...not yours. We do need to visit with your accounting or HR Department and would like to inspect the facility.
New Businesses and Start-Ups. If you are starting a new business it will take more time to complete the application. We may refer you out of our office to a plan specifically designed to write new businesses. Most of our plans have Minimum Premium requirements which would probably not be appropriate for accounts with less than three employees. Much will depend on your prior experience in the industry you are entering.
High Risk Industries and Accounts Who Have Been Denied Coverage. If you have been turned down by two or more carriers (and have recent written declination letters), we have excellent access to the assigned risk pool and will be glad to make the application for you.
